cheap excuses like:

-the PAN american games are happening
-can’t use Maracana

they’re the only team from Rio using those excuses. Yes, I do think CBF is corrupt. Many times it saved the big clubs from relegation. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

What about the other matches that were postponed by the CBF for Flamengo? Did they list a reason for those? Do you think the CBF is corrupt?
