Corinthians Very Close to Lift the Trophy in Copa do Brasil

The Timao beat Sport 3-1 in Sao Paulo in the first-leg of Copa do Brasil. A major advantage for the second-match.

I must confess. I did not watch this game, but Ana, my favorite female soccer writer and huge Corinthians fan, at See The Cup wrote about it. And it seems that a new idol has found his place in her heart and the hearts of all Corinthians fans. Enjoy!

  After a slow start, Herrera is playing really well and is now (probably) Corinthian’s favourite Argentine!
