The Players to Take On Colombia and Venezuela

By: Bruno Romani | September 25th, 2008

We always hope this is the last time Dunga calls the players. but this time I won’t say anything. These are the players to take on Colombia and Venezuela. Nice to see that Ronaldinho and Diego are not even in the list. Too bad Andreson did not join them. Kleber is not playing well for Santos to make into this list as well. Kaka found time on his busy schedule to play for us - so this is supposed to be good. And what possibly may have changed from the Olympics to today for Pato to be called? And of course, we have the return of Doni, the Wall.

Dunga made one smart choice: MANCINI! I believe that if he gets the chance to play, we will see nice footy on the pitch.

Why Kleber? Why not Marcelo? Why Anderson? He is not doing well for Man U. Why not Hernanes? Why no players from Gremio or Palmeiras? Aren’t they top of the Bazilian League? What’s wrong with the local players????

It would have been nice to see Marcelo and Denilson get the call. Still no Amauri? I guess Brazil just is begging for him to pair up with Luca Toni instead of Luis Fabiano.
