By: Bruno Romani | July 8th, 2007

The forward Dodô from Botafogo was caught in the anti-doping test he did after the match against Vasco, on June 14th. The test showed he used a substance found in diet pills. In that game, he scored twice and the match ended with a 4-0 victory of Botafogo.

Dodô is under a preventive suspension of 30 days until the counter-proof of his test is done. The forward is the main player of Botafogo in the fantastic campaign the black and white team is doing. He is Botafogo’s top-scorer in the competition with 7 goals.
